ABOUT

Native to Indonesia, nutmeg is an evergreen tree cultivated for two spices derived from its fruit: nutmeg, from its seed, and mace, from the seed covering. Nutmeg has been prized since medieval times as a culinary flavoring and for use in herbal preparations. Nutmeg Vitality has a sweet and distinctly spicy taste that enhances the flavor of winter produce such as acorn squash, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin. In addition, it contains antioxidants, may support cognitive function and the immune system, and offers cleansing properties when taken as a dietary supplement.*

DIRECTIONS

Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of carrier oil. Put in a capsule and take up to 3 times daily or as needed.
