Return/Exchange Policy
We have a 30 day Return Policy. We, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange for a purchase older than 30 days.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Opened items are not returnable, including (but not limited to) tarot decks, oracle decks, CD’s and DVD’s.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We will not accept returns of Bath and Body Products, Essential Oils, Incense, Books or Gift Cards.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be returned or exchanged.
Discontinued Items are not returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
There are no cash or check refunds. Cash or check refunds will be given as in-store credit only. Credit /Debit card refunds can be credited back to the card (you must have the original Credit/Debit card) or you may request an in-store credit.
