Join us for a regenerative meditation that blends breathwork and guided visualization to help you root your nervous system in a state of nurturing
tranquility. This session will include indirect Reiki work by the facilitator Reiki Practitioner Matt Rainwater, creating a deeply restorative space for grounding and inner peace.
